- No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
Security Deposit:
- A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or upon check-in, to cover any potential damages or additional cleaning fees during your stay.
- The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided no damages or rule violations have occurred.
Liability:
- We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or during the use of our facilities.
- We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
House Rules:
- Guests must comply with the house rules provided in the rental property or as detailed in our communication.
- Failure to comply with the house rules may result in additional fees or immediate eviction without refund.
Minimum Age Requirement:
- The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age to book a short-term rental room.
Occupancy:
- The number of guests staying in the rental room must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified in the booking confirmation.
- Additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy may result in additional fees or immediate eviction without refund.
Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
Amendments:
