The historic property was built in 1924 and is conveniently located a few miles from downtown It is a stone's throw from Baylor Medical University and Deep Ellum. The property has plenty of parking space and is located between a 100-year-old historic church and East Dallas Church.
Plenty of free parking is available at the back of the building. You can walk to Baylor hospital. If you would like to use public transportation, DART rail station is nearby downtown; you can get there by a short taxi ride.
