Gorgeous and well-equipped apartment in a historic building. Unit includes one beautiful bedroom with full bed and ensuite full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the charming living room to accommodate 2 additional guests. This historic apartment is within walking distance to Deep Ellum as well as Baylor Medical Center and short driving distance to many famous Dallas landmarks in the downtown area such as Dealey Plaza and Clyde Warren Park.

The space

The property is located in Historic part Old East Dallas. The historic property was built in 1924 and is conveniently located stone's throw from Baylor Medical Hospital, Baylor Medical University, Texas A&M Dental College and Deep Ellum. The property is 2 miles away from Dallas downtown and few miles from the entertainment districts of Lower Greenville. POLICIES and RULES

Below are some essential guidelines for your safe and enjoyable stay. In case these rules are not observed, as per policy your booking can be terminated immediately and/or appropriate deductions can be applied to your account.

1. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, a full refund is given to the guest 1 day prior to arrival. If a long-term guest decides to change their reservation and check-out earlier. They need to inform the host 14 days (two weeks) in advance of their modified check-out date for a refund issued for the remaining days upon early check-out.

2. The unit has all amenities included i.e., electricity, water, internet, monthly cleaning etc. The unit come as furnished with bed and furniture. If a guest wants to bring their own furniture, they need to ask the host before making any changes to the furniture and setting.

3. ***PETS: I must be told if you are bringing a pet. A $10 per pet per night fee applies. The first $10 is charged automatically at the time of booking and any remainder will be requested through the Airbnb resolution center. I do this instead of charging a blanket pet fee so that a guest bringing only 1 pet for one night pays much less ($10) than a guest bringing 2 pets for 4 nights ($80).

4. Cleaning Service: On the day of check-in, a professionally cleaned unit is made ready for guest check-in. No daily house keeping services are provided. A monthly deep cleaning service is provided by host to all units free of charge. The guest(s) can choose to use monthly service or decline to get the cleaning. Guests can arrange their own cleaning and housekeeping for regular use if they choose to.

5. Maintenance: In case a maintenance is needed for the property and amenities, guests are expected to inform the host regarding maintenance request. A 72-hour window is provided for maintenance requests to complete. In case the maintenance request is not complete in a timely manner, host can compensate the guest for lack of maintenance or service availability.

6. Property Access: The property can be accessed anytime by the host or staff for maintenance purposes and code compliance. Before accessing the property, guest will be informed about the access request.

7. No rough partying is allowed in the unit. Penalty for night stay (beyond 1 am) by extra guests without host approval: $50/guest per night.

8. The reservation is only applicable for guest who booked the unit.

9. Guest(s) is expected not to leave dirty dishes in the unit. It generates smell that then diffuses into fabric around the home. Please don’t leave any exterior door (patio, front or bedroom door) or window open at any time.

THINGS TO DO BEFORE CHECK OUT

1. Communicate your expected check out time to host, so that he/she can inspect the property just before or following your departure to release your security deposit immediately.

2. Check out is strictly at 11 a.m. CST. For any check out later than 11 a.m. CST, there will be a $50 charge assessed additionally.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The unit is located in a residential neighborhood. It is expected that you maintain silence after 9 pm, not to destroy any sleep or quiet time for the neighbors or residents nearby.

This historic property was built in 1924 and is conveniently located a few miles from downtown It is a stone's throw from Baylor Medical University and Deep Ellum. The property has plenty of parking space and is located between a 100-year-old historic church and East Dallas Church.

Transport

Plenty of free parking is available at the back of the building. You can walk to Baylor hospital. If you would like to use public transportation, DART rail station is nearby in downtown. You can also take Uber or Lyft.
