Parking: Depending on the property, designated parking spaces may be available for guests. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us for specific parking instructions.

Wi-Fi Access: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all our properties. You'll find the network name and password in your welcome pack or clearly displayed in the rental property.

Linens and Towels: Fresh linens and towels are provided for your stay. For longer stays, additional sets can be provided upon request. Please be mindful of water usage and the environment when washing linens and towels.

Garbage Disposal: Please dispose of your trash in the designated bins or containers provided. Refer to the welcome pack for information on trash pick-up days and recycling guidelines.

Maintenance Issues: If you encounter any maintenance issues during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can address the problem as quickly as possible.

Pets: Our pet policy varies by property. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us to confirm if pets are allowed in your specific rental property.

Safety and Security: Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property, and never share your access code with anyone. Familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers and emergency exits, and follow any posted safety guidelines.

Rules

  • Welcome to our short-term rental properties! We're delighted to have you stay with us, and we want to make sure your visit is comfortable and enjoyable. To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules during your stay:
  • Check-in: Check-in time is anytime after 4 PM CST. We offer a self check-in process with a smart lock for your convenience. You will receive the access code prior to your arrival.
  • Check-out: Please check out by 11 AM CST on your departure day to allow our cleaning staff enough time to prepare the property for the next guest.
  • Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during this time.
  • No Commercial Photography: We do not permit commercial photography or videography on the premises without prior written consent from the property owner.
  • No Parties or Events: Our properties are strictly for residential use. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed.
  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and within the vicinity of the building. Any evidence of smoking may result in $250 additional cleaning fees or penalties by our cleaning team.                                                                                  By following these house rules, we can maintain a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
